Produced from grapes grown in our Vinchio vineyards. The grapes are vinified with the aim of enhancing the freshness and fruitiness that Barbera best expresses when grown on Vinchio’s sandy soil. For this reason only steel is used for the whole process of vinification at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. The result is a pleasing, vibrant Barbera, underlining the naturalness and immediacy of the fruit.
After the racking follows the malolactic fermentation. Aging for at least 4-6 months in steel tanks.
Intense ruby red.
Full of spices and berries, delicate but intense.
Dry and harmonious.
