Trèsüri

Our Barolo Classico, as the name Trèsüri suggests, comes from three great terroirs, each characterized by different sun exposures, soils and microclimates. In order to best enhance the individual qualities of each vineyard the grapes are harvested and vinified separately. The ageing that follows is performed differently, depending on our assessment of the vintage and the characteristics of each area, part in tonneaux and part in large 1500 litre barrels, both made of French oak, for about 30 months. Only after this does the final blending take place, resulting in a harmonious Barolo, elegant, fresh, yet complex. Ready to drink when young, thanks to its aromatic freshness, elegance and fine tannins, this Barolo has, at the same time, great ageing potential, a fundamental characteristic of Nebbiolo da Barolo.
