Parigi
The grapes come from a single vineyard which has always been identified by the name Parigi, completely south-facing and located on the hillside that connects Alba and Diano d’Alba, in Santa Rosalia, opposite the Serralunga hill. Here the soil is characterised by a considerable presence of sandstone. After a very careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, the process of vinification that follows allows us to eliminate the seeds and, as a result, obtain a Nebbiolo with very delicate and elegant tannins. The one year ageing in tonneaux of partly French and partly American oak enhances the special characteristics of the Nebbiolo with delicate, fresh floral hints accompanied by pleasant notes of vanilla and sweet tobacco.
