Costemonghisio

This Barbera comes from our vineyards located in the district of Vinchio, in the heart of Nizza DOCG, an area particularly suited to the Barbera vine. The main features of these vineyards are in this case deposits of yellowish sand, rich in marine fossils, which give our Nizza fruitiness and elegance. Furthermore, the south-facing exposure, rigorous thinning and ageing in French barrels for 18 months create a powerful and austere Barbera with hints of cherry, plum, red berries and notes of sweet spices.
