The grapes come from the vineyards located in Santa Rosalia. Through a process of rigorous grape selection and strict thinning out to one bunch of grapes per branch, we obtain, after maturing in oak tonneaux for 12 months, a rich, well-rounded, juicy and concentrated Barbera with great freshness and balance. A wine designed for long ageing.

Ageing:

12 – 14 months in new French tonneaux of 400 lt.

Color:

Intense, ruby red.

Parfume:

Full of spices, berries and red fruits.

Palate:

Dry, powerful but fresh, due to the good acidity of the Barbera, balanced and long aftertaste.
