This wine is made from 100% Viognier grapes which come from two vineyards located in Serralunga d’Alba and Diano d’Alba. It ferments in 400 liter French oak tonneaux, characterised by delicate and refined toasting in order to fully preserve the varietal typicality, then remains on its fine lees for 8 months with periodic batonnage. In this way we obtain a white wine suitable for ageing, fruity, floral with typical notes of apricot, yellow peach and citrus fruits such as lime, tangerine and bergamot, with a full and harmonious taste.
