In Diano d’Alba on the steep slopes of the hill before entering the village we cultivate our roughly 40-year-old Dolcetto vineyard. The low yields of grapes per hectare enable us to continue using such long-lived vines. The excellent level of ripeness due to careful thinning, combined with vinification and ageing only in stainless steel, give us a fragrant wine, with very delicate notes of cherry and raspberry, a floral (iris and violet) touch and a very slight hint of white pepper. Full and balanced wine, with a pleasing drinkability.
