Ageing:

In keeping with the family’s Barolo tradition, after malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in large 15 hl French oak casks where it remains for approximately 28 months. Before marketing, the wine matures in the bottle for at least six months.

Color:

Intense ruby red.

Parfume:

The nose perceives elegant and pleasant fruity notes of black cherry and plum; pleasant notes of aromatic herbs and subtle mineral hints complete the bouquet.

Palate:

Full and enveloping taste, with excellent structure. Long and persistent finish.
