Arneis

The grapes come from two different vineyards, deliberately chosen for their very special characteristics, one located in Piobesi d’Alba with sandy soil which gives Arneis its mineral character and the second located to the north of Roero with marly soil which gives the wine more structure and body. Vinified separately, the resulting wines are then combined to produce a mineral white wine, rich in fruit, characterised by recognisable hints of ripe pear, typical of this grape. It is suitable as an everyday drink, perfect for the summer, as an aperitif and to accompany fish dishes.
