100% Nebbiolo

Ageing:

After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in large 15 hl French oak barrels for 30 months. The two fractions are matured separately and are only blended before bottling. Before marketing, the wine matures in the bottle for at least six months.

Color:

Brilliant ruby red with slight garnet hues.

Parfume:

Intense, rich and complex: small red fruits, cherries, violets and dried roses, sweet spices complete and enrich the bouquet.

Palate:

Full and consistent taste, with sweet and enveloping tannins, savoury. Long and persistent finish.
