Our family is happy to welcome you, not only to the winery, but also to our new accommodation facility, nestled in the enchanting hills of the Langhe. A place where tradition meets elegance and nature blends with comfort. Strategically located, enjoying a splendid view of the castle of Grinzane Cavour and the Belvedere di Diano d'Alba, the facility is a stone's throw from the historic town of Alba and the characteristic Borgo di La Morra, and offers easy access to the main attractions of the area.
The facility, powered exclusively by renewable energy, photovoltaic panels and geothermal plant, has five apartments, simple and essential, but extremely cozy and well cared for. They are ideal both for couples looking for a romantic getaway and for groups of friends who wish to share moments together while maintaining their independence. Each apartment is a "little house" where you can recreate your own world away from the chaos of everyday life.

CENTOBRICCHI Apartment No. 1
The 28-square-meter “Centobricchi” Apartment, inspired by the winery’s wine of the same name, located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, draws inspiration from our winery’s Barbera d’Alba Superiore DOC Centobricchi.
This rich, round, juicy and concentrated wine ages in oak tonneaux for 12 months, offering a powerful yet fresh flavor with notes of spice, berries and red fruits.

COSTEMONGHISIO Apartment No. 2
The “Costemonghisio” Apartment, inspired by the winery’s wine of the same name, reflects the elegance and complexity of Barbera Nizza DOCG produced in the vineyards located in the municipality of Vinchio.
Located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, the apartment boasts a small outdoor area with table and chairs, perfect for savoring moments of relaxation in the open air.

TRESÜRÌ Apartment No. 3
The 30 sqm “Tresürì” Apartment, located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, is inspired by our winery’s Barolo DOCG Trèsüri, a wine that represents a harmonious blend of different terroirs, resulting in an elegant, fresh and complex Barolo.
In addition to the standard features, Apartment “Tresurì” is unique for its wheelchair accessibility, including a comfortable bathroom for the disabled, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

NEBBIOLO PARIS Apartment No. 4
The 28-square-meter “Parigi” Apartment, located on the second floor with a balcony, is inspired by Nebbiolo “Parigi” from our winery. This wine, from the Santa Rosalia area of Alba, where part of the winery’s vineyards are located, is known for its elegance. The apartment is a cozy space on the second floor, with a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bed and a modern bathroom, ideal for those seeking a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Discovering the Langhe between food and wine and Nature
Nestled in an oasis of peace, guests can enjoy the large garden and swimming pool accessible from the apartments, perfect for summer days but also in winter.
Geothermal energy allows us to heat the pool during the winter, and to maximize its effects we adopt a telescopic cover, which allows heat not to be lost and makes our pool usable throughout the year.
The experience can be enriched with tastings from our winery, which tell of the flavors and traditions of the Langhe.
A stay that combines nature, eco-sustainability and comfort, inviting you to experience the welcome of an authentic agricultural and family reality, in the heart of the Langhe.
"La Casina" is located at Via Santa Maria 14, 12051 Alba, and is just a few kilometers away from our winery.
The stuttura is completed by a tasting room with an adjoining professional kitchen, where we can organize dinners with private chef in combination with our wines, cooking classes, host small business meetings or team building events.

Confirmation of Reservation
To confirm your reservation, you must provide details of a valid credit card. This step is only required for guarantee purposes through our online reservation system (booking engine). No charge will be made at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To offer you maximum flexibility, we allow free cancellation up to 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged in full. Please contact us with any questions or clarifications regarding our cancellation policy.
During the online check-in process you will need to settle your bill, including tax and any extras. For more details or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
You can check in between 15:00 and 19:00. When you arrive in front of the gate of the facility you should call us at +39 0173 262148, in a few minutes we will be at the house and we will personally accompany you to your apartment. Before your arrival, you will receive by email all the directions to our facility easily. In addition, you will be able to complete the electronic check-in of documents and make the balance of your reservation through a specific link you will find in the email, thus simplifying the arrival process.

Is the pool open year-round?
Our chlorine pool is open year-round, giving you the opportunity to enjoy it in any season. By using an innovative geothermal heating system, we are able to keep the water pleasantly warm even during the colder months. To optimize temperature maintenance, we have also adopted a telescopic cover that prevents heat loss (available from September 2024). Access to the pool is free for our guests and is guaranteed from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Each room offers amenities to make your stay special: bathroom with hair dryer, towel warmer and hygiene products. We provide linens and pool towels. The kitchen is equipped with breakfast kits, coffee, tea, selected wines (extra) and water. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heated pool access, solarium, outdoor table and parking are also available.

Of course! in our facility there is the possibility of organizing various activities. We have a tasting room, equipped with a professional kitchen, perfect for exclusive evenings with dinners prepared by private chefs who will know how to match dishes with our selected wines. It is also the ideal setting for those interested in cooking classes, or for companies looking for a unique space for meetings or team-building events.
For those wishing to celebrate special occasions, our spacious grounds provide the ideal setting for smaller events and ceremonies, always in consultation with us to ensure respect for the setting and needs of all guests.
We are open to discussing your needs to ensure that each event is meticulously detailed and reflects your expectations.
We do not currently provide a breakfast service, but to ensure a sweet and comfortable awakening, you will find a welcome kit in our apartments that includes coffee, homemade rusks, jam, sugar, tea and herbal teas. For any special needs or specific requests, we are always available to listen to you.
Yes, it is possible to rent the entire facility exclusively, especially for groups of friends. However, events and the use of the tasting room require an agreement with us. A family member lives in the facility as a point of reference in case of need.
Sorry, but pets are not allowed in our facility.
Our apartments are designed for adults traveling as a couple or alone, for business needs or for a leisure vacation. Our facility is not suitable to accommodate children, but if you are looking for tranquility and independence in a strategic location near the main attractions of the Langhe, you will find in "La Casina" a place that meets each of these needs.
The facility is entirely smoke free; those who cannot help themselves may smoke in the spacious grounds, taking care not to leave butts on the ground.
