Ghe is from the south corner of Cerretta and made with exclusively the Michet clone of Nebbiolo, and only 1000 bottles were roduced. There are dense, resinous aromas in the 2015 Barolo Riserva Ghe , with pine sap, dried black cherry, and balsamic. Here the fruit is matched with equally firm Serralunga structure, with ripe plum, black tea, and mineral rich earth.
The Ghe displays the richness and structure of the 2015 vintage and will benefit from 3-5 years in the cellar. Drink 2024-2042.
